Pan de Jamón

We (from Curaçao) got introduced to the "Pan de Jamón " from the
Venezuelean immigrants, who used to make them for (Navidad) Christmas Originated back in 1905.

The dough is rolled out flat, filled with smoked pork shoulders ham, bacon, picallili, stuffed olives, raisins, capers and rolled to form a loaf then  baked in the oven.

Delicious (Delicioso).
